Quite a bit of time has passed since I posted, I know. I am not going to waste time going on and on about why that has occurred. Those close to me know why that is and that it is perfectly okay. Instead of telling that saga story, I have a much better story to tell. It is about becoming a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I have also told people that the course was worth every penny.
